The Star Brisbane will become The Star Club’s only Brisbane property from Thursday 29 August. What does this mean for me?

• The Member benefits you have previously enjoyed at Treasury Brisbane Hotel and Casino, will transfer to The Star Brisbane upon its opening on Thursday 29 August. 
• There will be no Member benefits (including discounts, Casino Dollar redemption or earn) at Treasury Brisbane’s hotel, food and beverage venues.
• You do not need to take any action for this change to occur. 
• The car park at Treasury Brisbane and at the Uptown Centre will no longer be a benefit of The Star Club from Thursday 29 August.  Members will not receive, or be able to earn any free of charge parking, valet parking or priority parking at these locations.
• You will receive the same current tier specific car parking benefits at The Star Brisbane.
• Prestige Members will be eligible to redeem Comp Dollars when visiting The Star Brisbane.

What happens to Treasury Brisbane hotel bookings that have been made by members using Complimentary Room Nights or through The Star Club website / app?

• All confirmed future member bookings made by Members up until Thursday 29 August will be honoured 
• From Thursday 29 August, Members will be unable to book Complimentary Room Nights or use The Star Club Member rates at Treasury Brisbane Hotel from this date.

What changes for members at the Treasury Brisbane Hotel as of Thursday 29 August 

• The Treasury Brisbane Hotel will remain open for the time being and Members are welcome to visit but The Star Club Member benefits will not apply:
  • When dining at the Treasury Brisbane Hotel venues (Ryan’s On The Park and The Lab) from this date, there will be no tier related discounts, no earning of Tier Points, no redeeming nor earning of Casino Dollars.
  • When staying at the Treasury Brisbane Hotel from this date, there will be no tier related discounts, no earning of Tier Points, no redeeming nor earning of Casino Dollars.

I have a voucher that is valid for use at Treasury Brisbane, what happens now? 

• Members who have a valid and existing voucher for use at Treasury Brisbane but have not yet redeemed will be able to redeem for dining at Treasury Brisbane Hotel food and beverage venues  while the voucher is still valid. What happens with my carparking benefits at Treasury Brisbane?

• Your carparking benefits will now be available at The Star Brisbane. Treasury Brisbane will no longer be participating in The Star Club from August 29, 2024, free parking, valet parking or priority parking will no longer be available. The Uptown Carpark will also no longer be available for Member benefits from this date.

What is the new guest limit for Members to enjoy The Star Club benefits when dining or booking spa treatments?

• Members will be able to redeem their discount for a maximum of four (4) people per booking (including the Member) at all food and beverage venues as well as all spa bookings at all participating venues at The Star Brisbane, The Star Gold Coast and The Star Sydney.

When will this take effect?

• This change will apply to all member bookings for dining and spa treatments from Thursday 29 August.

What if I have an existing booking?

• Existing spa and dining bookings at participating venues for up to four (4) people including the member will not be impacted. 
• New and existing bookings for more than four (4) people will not be eligible for member benefits including discounts.
• Please note the member guest limit changes as of 29 August 2024 for all bookings.

What are the changes to the member experience when dining at The Star Brisbane?

• The Membership Tier discount will be available at selected venues only at The Star Brisbane. 
• Some venues at The Star Brisbane will not be participating in The Star Club – at these venues, no member benefits associated with The Star Club will be available. 
• Members of The Star Club will be eligible to earn Casino Dollars and Tier Points as well as redeem Casino Dollars and Comp Dollars at some participating venues.
